TERM & CONDITION

All payment shall be done in Malaysian Currency (RM) and to be paid via online banking, debit or credit card. There is also Atome getaway that entitles customers to pay by 3 times installments. Paypal shall be used with an additonal of transaction fee of 5%.

Customers are also opted for manual purchasing via Whatsapp no. of +60122142022. For Singapore customers, they can write the details as stated in 'Others' tab below to make manual transfer. Orders shall be processed upon clearance of the payment.

Payment received shall be deemed as an agreement of buying an item/s as per check-out and Figura shall arrange the delivery as per item/s ordered.

All items with 'Pre-Order' indication shall be considered as not available and orders shall be shipped out once the stocks are ready.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available and to be recorded as indicated at the time of your order checkout to the following countries;

Malaysia (Peninsular)

Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) 

Singapore 

Brunei 

Indonesia

All confirmed order shall be prepared within 2-5 working days (might be extended on high volume orders), except for the 'Pre-Order basis' item. Delivery could be opted via Easyparcel as our delivery partner. The approximate period to receive orders is within 3-6 working days for local delivery and 8-15 days for international delivery. Should you have not received order within that stipulated period, kindly notify us with an Order ID No. to ask.figura@gmail.com. 

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND

Not quite right? Your item is faulted or wrong collection maybe? Don’t worry! You have 7 days to return your item to us for an exchange. We require an Order ID to proceed and to process your exchange, please send us back the faulted item which the delivery address shall be confirmed via email or whatsapp. However, items without fault/damage could not be returned.

The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead within 7 working days.

A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and shall be sent back to you. Please note that the return cost of delivering the item shall be refunded accordingly, provided that the delivery cost receipt is provided along.

PRIVACY

All information provided by customers shall be kept privately within the administration of Figura Fashion Store and we shall not expose the information to any party beyond the management.

OTHERS

We are operating online with our store located in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
